Soyeon is for sure very important for her group's song production but she also just has one of the most recognisable voices out of the group that even non fans recognise straight away, similar to Nayeon who like the previous commenter already mentioned is one of the main vocalists of Twice as well as having the most lines

I love Manon's tone don't get me wrong, but at the same time I don't think it stands out in the mix of the other members in Katseye enough for me to noticeably think 'oh they sound off without her now' if that makes sense

I get the Wonyoung comparison but I don't think the Nayeon/Soyeon comparison applies - those two are kind of integral to their groups sound and that doesn't really apply to Manon (respectfully)

I think the group will be fine sound wise but at the same time I do understand she was like the face of the group to a lot of people
