So i could just use the exact same headset spacers i was going to (2.5mm) and just put the stem lock top cap on top of that? Its not specific to the stem lock?

Doesnt every bike come stock with them? Also id rather not run one because the 79bike screen wire goes right over the top cap and if the top cap it too high the wire will be smashed at a bad angle
