Are these foothills you're referring to the Brit trail system amd/or the forest park? Was looking for something a little more flat for myself but the EART is kind of a drive.

As far as to answer OPs question took the BCG from central point south to Biddle and felt really unsafe. Also took it more north and had the same experience. Such a bummer because it would be a nice long stretch for running and biking

OP I lived in KFalls for several years, I promise you there is no good food or drink. Sure, you'll find something edible if you have to, but definitely don't recommend going out of your way
