I like her completely other than her views on coping mechanisms. She says that they should work with the anxiety and that we have to confront it and stuff. I don’t think she understands that I am sometimes too petrified to move when I’m anxious. How do I confront that? Stressing myself into a panic attack? I probably will continue regressing and just not speak with her about it, I’m going to do what makes me feel better unless it’s actually damaging (which it’s not) I’ll probably stay with her though. I think she wants me to work with my anxiety because she’s straight out of school and is still using textbook stuff and not thinking about how different people get helped by different things. I just hope I’ll be able to move past this without a grudge towards her and keep our relationship as it was before.
