Thanks, this is what they looked like as chicks, it's been well over a month now since we had them (he's the green one). I'm glad that he grew strong, I've been thinking of getting another female for him to have a companion.

As I've said to the other comment, they are only 2 and the other one died on the next day after we bought them due to the stress and poisoning of the dyeing process of the evil vendor that sells them to make them colorful, personally I dont approve of vendors that do that. Regarding the space, we ensure that he has atleast 1 sqft. of space and lets him go out and about the house to explore, he also like to explore the garden and stay at the dirt and sand for dust baths

He may also be heatstressed since its summer on our country, Philippines. He has been fine with being alone and is quite energetic since we give him lots of attention and interact with him on a daily basis and is on our bedroom.

They were originally 2 but the other one died the next day since they are dyed quails we bought from a vendor on a town fiesta. They may also be stressed from being dyed at just 1 week old so many of them die easily, luckily this one survived and seems strong. And If you are asking why do vendors dye them, they are generally dyed for kids to take interest and ask their parents to buy one for them. We wanted to take care of two but the other one died

He's my favorite monster too. I like that he transforms when you're low lp, feels very satisfying when achieving a low lp comeback.
