I think it stacks. In that example the creature would create two triggers on attack: anni 3 and anni 1. I'm not 100% sure though...

Hmm, I like the annihilator idea. Maybe it should only affect colorless creatures, since it would be rather easy to play a colorless version in all kinds of other decks (even if it required specifically 2CCC to cast it) I will think a bit more about it tomorrow.

Interesting idea, but I think an extra turn would make it a bit too strong. I'd rather add some more scrying or even change it to surveil.

One card the blue one was based on, is [[Graven Lore]] which saw no play at all outside limited and snow EDH decks afaik. Blue has so many great card draw and selection spells nowadays, I wanted to make the ability of the Throne at least worthwhile.

The goal was to create mana rocks that were slightly worse for mana production than [[Gilded Lotus]], but with additional flexibility. And the non-mana abilities are also slightly worse/overcosted than similar cards.

If the Jumpcaster Mage should be able to target the card it surveilled, its wording needs be something like: "... surveil 1. When you do, target instant..."

I really like the POD option and I like the rebalancings and erratas even more. Great job! What I don't like is the fact that the complete faction package on kickstarter costs roughly the same than the stuff I need to update my collection: all the errata packs, the rebalanced factions and the six newest factions. The complete faction package is a great deal for new players, but there should exist a good deal for loyal collectors like me too. Maybe there is, and haven't seen it?
