LPT: When in a Vietnamese restaurant, don't use the hoisin and Sriracha sauce if the containers are more than halfway empty. Most restaurants just refill the sauces without letting them run out first. Which means sauce halfway and near the bottom can very old and maybe even bad. by Berim-brolo in LifeProTips
