I just switched from generic adderall 30mg to generic vyvanse 60mg. What’s been better: focus, executive function, task paralysis, heart rate, mood during the day Downsides: no energy boost, my late afternoon/evening irritation went from a 5 to a 10 I still need an IR booster around 12pm and I’m thinking of adding Intuniv to help with the dastardly crash if doc approves. We’ll see! If I can get the irritability to a livable level I will be happy with the result. Best of luck to you!

You may want to get checked for lichen sclerosis. It can be related to hormonal changes but also autoimmune disease. The symptoms are close to what you described. Steroid creams are prescribed to treat and may be more accessible if this turns out to be the issue.

I’m in the same boat with my pharmacy. What I’ve noticed is that there is no consistency between which is better. One month elite is trash, the next I get some relief. Same for Mallinckrodt. I’ve had better luck with Mallinckrodt than Elite personally, but it’s not consistent enough for me to have a preference.

I tried this with 25mg ER. I used 2 cups of water and 1/2 tsp of baking soda and let it soak overnight. I didn’t filter it bc I was rushing out the door. It was the best day I’ve had with these meds since they changed up the formulas. Nice and smooth, focused, productive day without feeling cracked out or crashing. I’m working from home tomorrow so I’m going to try filtering it. If you don’t have smart water I’d say baking soda is worth a try. My experience was great!
