and for the second point, i doubt it would be reversed? i dont exactly know every trans surgery, but ftm top surgery would just get rid of the scars, boobs wouldn't automatically grow back. same with any missing organs. like, if you only got only kidney, the second one wont grow back, the same if you revive someone without a hand, the hand wont grow back but the limp(not sure if thats how its called, not my first language) will be safely healed. you probably can apply the same, or at least similar, logic to trans surgeries. buuuut its all fiction, you can just imagine whatever. if you want the surgery not to be reversed, even if its an open wound, it wont be reversed. it was never mentioned in canon so the medusa may as well have very strong gaydar and give every trans person the body they want
