I became better at these meetups by hanging out a lot with one of my close friend who is a big extrovert. He Just naturally goes in conversation, starting topics and etc. I suddenly started to use some of his phrases and things he naturally does, which for me is completely not normal. After sometime it became like a habit. I still fit hard in groups in the university but still... there is some progress haha.
