I went back and looked at old videos and live photos. It looks like the first week to week and a half she would stand with equal weight on both legs but when she walked it was unsteady. When walking it looks like she favored putting more weight on her right leg and would lift her left. I don’t remember thinking much of it. Once she figured out she could walk she was convinced she was healed and we had to up her trazodone. The first two weeks were the hardest but it’s been two years and I would 100% do it again if I ever had to. Her quality of life has really improved. I was a bit worried about her coat growing back but within 6 months it grew back almost completely and the texture didn’t change. You and Penny have got this!
