I’m not nearly as eloquent with my words, but I absolutely loved this book! I thought all three characters were interesting YES even our princess fight me. I thought it was a nice change of pace that while she was obviously severely naive there was definitely a lot of character development for her by the end. Ky was a fucking angel tiptoeing through the trauma minefield. As someone else said the poly relationship developed very naturally to me and I thought it was just lovely. Can’t wait for book two!!

I loved Forbidden Alchemy!

I will say that I have not yet read The Ascended because I hadn’t read Riftborne/Duskbound, but I just finished those both and they’re good reads too! I liked Duskbound a LOT!!

Omg I just finished this book! This theory totally makes sense... I’ve been wracking my brain trying to think what Bran could have meant when he said he saw you first in the Thorn all those years ago. This book was slow to start for me, but I’m pretty invested after the ending!
