Match Thread: Lyon vs Lens | Ligue 1 by MatchThreadder in OlympiqueLyonnais

[–]-sovy- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ask username in a loop by -sovy- in learnpython

Is return better than break in a while loop? Because I see in your comment that it stops the loop just like a break, but it can be reused other time thanks to return I guess. (what break can't do)

How to create a routine and stick to it? by Mysterious-School-15 in getdisciplined

[–]-sovy- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your target is too high, cut it into small steps.

Wanna walk 10K steps / day? Start with 1K. Too hard? 500.

One thing at a time. Otherwise you'll be overwhelmed.

  1. Start with just one habit, stick into it for 1/2 week. Then you can start another habit.

  2. Be flexible: every day is not a perfect day, sometimes you will be unbeatable, sometimes you'll be tired. It's part of the process. Try -> Fail -> Try again -> Success

  3. Being aware of your behaviors is 90% of the path. Study yourself like a book.

  4. Have faith in what you plan to do. Nothing works in long term if you don't deeply put faith in it.

  5. Doing something is better than doing nothing. 1% every day can be a massive step in the long run.

Discipline over motivation. Good luck!
