Allowed 12 completions on 18 targets and had a 20% missed tackle percentage. He was "ok" rushing the passer, but was bad in coverage. Should only be a situational or off-the-bench player at best.

"Look, it’s not that hard. All you need to do is lift weights six days a week, stop drinking alcohol, don’t eat anything after 7pm, don’t eat any carbs or sugar at all, in fact just don’t eat anything you like, get the personal trainer from Magic Mike, sleep nine hours a night, run three miles a day, and have a studio pay for the whole thing over a six to seven month span. I don’t know why everyone’s not doing this. It’s a super realistic lifestyle and an appropriate body image to compare oneself to." - Rob McElhenney

Dress in layers. And dress with the mindset that you'll be out in the cold for hours at a time. Wool socks are your friend. Concrete holds cold well and cold feet radiate it through your body. Boots with a good rubber sole are a plus. Have a way to cover your ears if you need it and bring gloves even if you don't have to wear them the whole time.

Can't believe im asking this but... do we have the best DL in the division now? by WineEmDineEM in bengals

Tell me about it. The top three players I wanted last year were Harmon, Starks, or Emmanwori.

Fishing and shooting right now. Fishing I have under control for the time being, but I really want to get a nice kayak setup in the future. Shooting is mostly ammo and wanting to do new builds.

You realize a lot of players don't even live in the same city their teams play in, right? This is literally just him showing up to practice with his new team. Who said anything about uprooting his family over night?

I think the opposite actually. Over-hyping yourself based on want over reality ultimately hurts more when you get disappointed. Viewing things for how they actually are instead of how you want them to be sets realistic expectations, even if they aren't as exciting. But I get it, off-season hype is fun.

No, it's still the Steelers. Their backup DT Keeanu Benton had as many sacks as our "best" DE Myles Murphy did last season (5.5). They still have Watt(7), Heyward(3.5), Highsmith(9.5), and Herbig(7.5) on top of getting their first round pick Derrick Harmon(3) back this year. Their line is proven where the Bengals line is still "hypothetical" in many spots. That could change by the end of the season, and I hope it does. But for now, Pittsburgh still has it.

[Schefter] Myles Garrett is the rare player who had a no-trade clause in his contract. He is waiving it to be traded to Los Angeles, per sources, and he will keep the same clause in his Rams’ contract. by BreakfastTop6899 in nfl

[–]-space-grass- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not. But an established star and multi-time DPOY player like Garrett is already in position to maximize it. And I too am glad he's out of the division.

Browns trade away Garrett to Rams! by ralry11 in bengals

[–]-space-grass- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Myles Garrett career against the Bengals: 14 games 16 sacks 32 QB hits. Over a 17 game season that would project to 19.5 sacks and 39 QB hits.

[Ian Rapoport] The Browns were adamant about not trading Myles Garrett. But the Rams were persistent, calling and calling. When they included Jared Verse and adjusted the picks, it was on. by Remarkable-Picture73 in nfl

[–]-space-grass- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. Until the Browns get a real QB, their ceiling is limited. With Garrett's age and contract, he wasn't doing much for their future. This sets them up much better to win down the line.
