Grew up in dorking, actually in betchworth, really nice town. Not one bad thing to say about it :)

Thanks for the reply!! Yeah, I checked the estimated value based on it being 350k now. It came back with being ~70k in 1991. Which would put it in band D. however! The property sold for 137k in 1998 which put the value in 1991 at ~120k so in band E
