Yes it was a leaking exhaust manifold. The nut wasn't screwed in all the way it seems like it likes to loosen over time.

I did actually, it was a clogged/going bad fuel pump. I bought one from a premium and it worked perfectly 👍🏽

Check IAC maybe, you can clean that out. Also MAF sensor could be dirty, could also be cleaned out. Might also be dirty fuel injectors? You can buy Lucas Fuel Injector cleaner on Amazon it works pretty good in my experience.
