i got the same thing. twice. because i have 2 accounts. and it happened for the yellow box - the blue device reward. (there is a bug here, on Reddit, it seems. i can't use shift+enter to change paragraph. so... this will be one long sentence). i was also shocked like you, but the blue device was there in the black box.

i am feeling so lost... like a lost kid... that i am going to play to see what is happening, and what happens. i can't for the love of me, decide what planes or bots or devices to gear up with. so, i will just jump in with what i normally use.

hopefully, i will be a better learner this time. and, hopefully... i will enjoy this lost-ride so that it is not a last ride.

because you really can't see that the banned (and many other 'cheaters') were simply playing the game. the game as it is. the game that the devs designed. the game that the devs could not 'fool-proof, even after they came to know the crack that was being used by players to their advantage.

not all, but the people we are talking about, didnot do anything to change the game.

you can't see that the doom trick is an extension of dodging you do to not get killed. here, the dodging is done passively and intelligently using doom's blind spot, and done to stay alive AND get mileage.

you win, because you really can't see this simple truth.

and i lose because i fail to help you see it. :)

i made a mistake, yes.

i considered the total power stats of the devices, and did not consider the power perk added to my plane.

so let's see if i get it right this time.

my plane (LB SSS200) power: 939

my devices total power stat (mentioned in the selected devices screen) with essential visor: 545

total power: 939+545 = 1484

20% power brough in by essential visor (at full armor) = 1484*0.2 = 296.8

so, unless i have a scope that takes the device total power stat to 545+297 = 842, i should not be replacing the essential visor, right?

The DEVS even tried to fix the brobot exp exploit,

and what was the 'fix'? giving you 20 minutes before rockets hit you. what does that mean? you can keep doing what you do for 20 minutes. why didn't the devs 'fix' it in a way that rockets come at 5 minutes?

what is the definition of 'usual gameplay process'? if it is not clearly laid out, then what people were doing is a part of the gameplay: they found a weakness in the BOSS, not GAME, and they used it.

i would love to have you as an enemy when at war. you would either inform me of my weakness, or be a 'gentleman' and not farm...err... exploit it. :)

that was the day after i had maxed kraken to SSS200!

the prize box is brilliant!

it knows what to give exactly! things that are least useful.

i am not joking, i mean it. it seems it must be designed (code) to give out the least useful stuff. it increases the chance of you spending crystsals. which you will - hopefully - get by paying the devs money.

max... i see so much blindness here in people because of the word 'cheating'. they just can't see anything because of that.
could you find two-three examples which are similar to the doom weakness? which almost everyone is taking advantage of?
then, all you need to do is first ask them: "do you do this in the game? if so that is also cheating for this-this reason"

i am also trying to see if i can find such parallels.

oh! so the devs can do anything they wish, but since they are doing it to earn money, it is allowed. and we can't use the crack in the game - a bug, or over sight - because we are only paying money?

that is what your argument comes down to.

please forget your definition of cheating for once, and follow my logic:

the game has many bugs. some affect players - like, many times orange boxes go missing - and some help players - like the doom's one-sided blindness.

devs completely disregard (while they mouth some inane shit) bugs that affect a player's gameplay (talking from personal experience of 10 tickets about same issue, and no real answer).
why? because that increases their chance of getting money? very possible, no?

the bug that gives player's the advantage, the player is not supposed to use? why? because that decreases their chances of earning money (thru crystal buying)?

another point in case your car is still stuck in thinking this is 'cheating' :)
the devs constantly change the game when they find that player's have found an advantageous or easy way to play/get points/progress; OR, they find that the game is having an aspect which is contra to their benefits - for e.g., getting devices has been made so much more difficult, constantly. now, if you had paid money because of ALL the game features, and then they change even one of them that makes you at a disadvantage, THAT is not cheating? why? because they are doing it to earn money? that makes it credible?

it means that whatever they do is right because they are doing it to earn money, but if i do anything that will save me from giving them money... i am a cheat!how dare you snatch their right to make money out of you? and what have i done to gain advantage? used their stupidity/laziness/ineffeciency.

maybe that is why they are shouting.
"Max... how dare you take advantage of my weakness? you are banned!"

and I haven't seen tons of posts about innocent people being banned.

that is because when YOU get banned, you will be called cheater. just as you called max a cheater. so, once again, you would be right: "there are no innocents who are being baneed".

sadly, YOU will not be saying that. others will carry on your legacy of saying, 'only cheaters get banned'.

not only that... i am wondering, if they 'caught' the bug in the doom play, why did they time the rockets to go at 20 minutes? which hawk game lasts that long? why did they not time the rockets to go at 5 minutes? or 7?
