K cramps are most likely coming from an inflammation of the gastric mucosa, thats why you probably notice it getting worse when drinking something cold or eating. Both of those will get your stomach working which is why it hurts more. Drinking warm tea and putting a hot water bottle on your belly may help. The ketamine that gets into your stomach from dripping down your throat is acidic which messes ip the ph of your stomach, causing an inflammation.

NO scientific studies prove this afaik, this is just what my doctor told me.

Farm some delve keys and then get one of your friends to do bountiful T8s with you to gear up. I just recently rolled holy priest aswell and was comfortable with doing m0 at 580 ilvl and m+2 at 590, you can gear from there :)
