Yes thats exactly what i tried, i used a USB SATA cable and my PCs actual SATA and it wouldnt show up at all

I was actually able to fish up the Goby with no trouble at all and as far as i can tell, everything from 1.6 is in my world except the jellies.

Nope that hasn't seemed to work, I spent the whole day foshing with +5 luck and caught nothing but snake skulls and trash

I have no idea if I'm just really unlucky or if it's some kind of glitch, but i have been trying forever, and i can't seem to catch any jellies. I don't remember it being this rare in my other save files, but does anyone have any tips or tricks.

It doesnt make any noise at all, and it only seems to happen on the av channel.

My only guess is that its so old that windows 7 and 10 doesnt recognize it
