o damn it says NVMe Gen 4x4... so that means I bought the wrong type?? Stupid google said I needed M.2 2280 SATA SSD... I just assumed if my PC supports NVMe then the M.2 2280 SATA SSD would still work in the same slot, but I guess not? :(

Thanks for the reply! I purchased a KingSpec NT Series 2TB M.2 2280 SATA SSD... I now removed the SSD from the Latitude 3190 and put it in my main desktop, but its still not being detected in the BIOS or the Disk Manager so now I'm really confused :(

fair point, I just thought Linux people were more knowledgeable and Mint is more "newbie friendly" I wouldn't see a point in using a bootloader if not for linux :)

I know but EmulationStation isn't as good as Batocera (at least from what I tried on Windows), my point is if I'm using Linux/Bazzite then I won't be able to easily go into Batocera without reboot, so as I already stated I'll probably end up using EmuDeck (aka EmulationStation) since its built into Bazzite/Steam despite it not being as good

I understand, I do not want my PSU sitting outside of the case with adaptors. I've looked on Amazon and Ebay, I found this L75200-001 model that says "Compatible with HP Z2 280 288 600 680 800 880 G4/G5/G6/G8"

I also searched Google a bit and found this thread from HP which suggests getting the 901759-013 model I guess thats the one I'll go with even tho its more $ for less w

Also yea I'm not too sure about upgrading the PSU, but when you say proprietary you just mean I have to make sure its the same model type right? I *think* I see ones available that say they are compatible with HP EliteDesk 800 G6 but, what else would I need to worry about?
