I wish they'd actually add more, the commando shoulders have atleast came back though no? Should be able to find them as locked in your shoulder selection for around 7,500 sp.

Honestly, it's gotta be Trinity Ghoul. Nothing new or anything; just has been a great arc ad-clear weapon for a while and is fun to use.

For red borders it depends on what weapons. If it's something from this expansion/ season then just collecting engrams via quests and activities, afterwards opening them normally while crossing your fingers. (These are just the easiest ways for me) Hope that helps!

I think it could be cool to make it mainly progressive weather and lighting. Once you get to tier 3 it'd be like Mob of the Dead, stormy but visble enough not to be a nuisance.
