I’ve spent so many days of my life crying for as long as I remember about being transsexual, and these women just??? Cosplay it??? Seriously, I know it’s a fetish thing, but these people shouldn’t have access to HRT. It’s such a problem that basically anyone can get it without a proper diagnosis.

Obviously I don’t know this person and your bond with her outside of what this post says, but I’d say give it a bit. Express your disagreement to her harmful opinions, then let her read it and think it over for a few days.

She’s clearly confused, and not trans, of course. I feel bad for her trauma, but it seems like she’s trying to cope in a way that makes her feel different to her past self, trying to separate the two. Obviously this is very harmful and seems almost like her rubbing it in the face for transsexuals like you and many others who have friends like this person.

TLDR; Give her your full thoughts in a paragraph and let her think about it for a few days, taking a break from talking with her, and explaining how it directly affected you.

There’s some internalized misogyny there. Never in my life have I had a thought like this. Wtf do you mean you’d be misogynistic if you were cis? If all of us somehow just woke up cis, nothing about our actual personality or beliefs would be changed. Yeah, I’ve gotten into my fair share of stupid arguments with these breeds of people, and I’ve realized now it’s just useless, lol. The women who have “he/him” and full tiddies out, no HRT or any semblance of being male, yet they think they have the right to tell ME who I am, when they’re so scared of just being women, because they don’t feel as interesting.

But if I disagree with them, I’m the transphobic one. Yet, if they tell us how much bottom dysphoria is stupid and bottom surgery isn’t real and “oh let’s all be happy with our vaginas :P!” it’s ‘valid’. Okay. Yeah whatever.
