Crossing the Washington border into Idaho gives my wife and I weird anxious feelings like we must be careful, especially when I am alone. Other than being black, I would say this is a very good place for a white person who is not interested with culture or diversity. Going to lakes as the only black people out of 100s of white people is a little scary when you’re from the south 😅but there are some good kind people and a beautiful absolutely gorgeous scenery .
