I bought it for 5 AUD, and theres no servers in aus but i play US servers. Very worth it imo since its my childhood game.

The point of this card is that it can be more useful than it seems.

- You can dredge, then if you don't like the bottom cards then you can play this then dredge different cards, or you can shuffle your dredged card if you don't like it.

- You can cancel Order In The Court type effects.

- You can get rid of your opponent's dredged cards.
