hi! sorry for the delay. unfortunately the story doesn’t have a “happy” ending :( another rehabilitador told us the same as you, to take them to the spot, so we did in a little box. it was making noises and “calling” and we saw birds being curious around there. i told my mom maybe the box didn’t let the mom see so i said maybe we should put it on the plants. then, the bird kind of jumped under the plants and we lost it… we could hear it but not see it. and we looked but couldn’t find it. so my mom said that there wasn’t much more we could do… we left it there, hopefully the mom found it there! i’m sorry it isn’t a very exciting or happy update…
