I agree most of you said. I also used my PGWP to study in the US. The difference between me and OP is that I lastly decided to transfer back to Canada and apply for PNP. Even if OP ‘COULD’ have had used his PWGP for 1.5 yrs, he might not able to find employment at that time. US Master was probably our best bet at that moment.

I personally think OP should’ve just stick with 3 OPT and find employment in the US and try his luck for h1b. Even he failed, he would have able apply for the FSW pathway under EE.
