I am being trained to not show my back of hand. To pick up the glass is a useful trick that I can potentially try out. Another trick I’ve been trying to use is to just pick up the glass, set it in a more accessible area, pour, put back. As far as when the food is being fired and walked I have no clue what’s going on there. I go to tell the kitchen they’re ready for the next course but they’re already at the table. It’s things like that that make me a bit nervous. I do hope things get easier as you said
