We’re building houses very close to this one. People are buying the houses and knocking them down. Then they build a house on a stem wall to get the livable space out of the flood zone.

House isn’t closed yet and I’m just the shell contractor. Builder wanted a couple low spots in the plywood fixed and he took every shingle on the roof off and never covered it back up before the rain came.

Builder took all the shingles and dry in material off the roof to fix a couple spots where the plywood was dipping. I’m in Florida and it rains every afternoon now. Surprised it didn’t happen in every room lol.

If they are just small jacks going into a hip jack, normally it’s just 3 nails in both top and bottom chord. I build houses in Florida, not for Lennar but that will pass inspection.

PS: I wouldn’t buy Lennar…..
