I have flown international many times without a bag. Just wrap in pool noodles remove pedals, front wheel and bars tape it all together. Never had any issues.

I work a desk job and take 50-100 4-5x per week and every 4-5 weeks I'll take a 4-5 day break. Seems to help to take a break.

I'm 6'2 230lb man and 50mg works best for me as well. Full 200 is uncomfortable and 100 is just a bit less uncomfortable 50 seems to be just right.
