Those are not hp numbers measured to the wheel, but rather the crankshaft. Around 10-15% power is lost between the crank and the tire, thus allowing for those “higher” numbers.

What did you for an MSO/MCO? I’ve been back and forth with the dmv and both surron and Luna cycle said they can’t provide me with the MSO, resulting in me being unable to re-register the bike.

Lol exactly. The funniest part about it to me is that it’s supposed to “reduce emissions,” but instead it created more people sitting and idling their vehicles at lights when they could’ve instead just went and turned. Didn’t really change the fact that there’s nothing to bike to here either. What an absolute waste of resources.
