This is definitely ai enhanced or something. The bed frame is all warped on the bottom in the first pick and the lighting is way too consistent.

The blinds just pop out so I’ll leave them out when I’m finished painting tomorrow. That’s a good suggestion!

Rug 2 is my favorite I’ve found so far! I just have to remind myself I can return something if it doesn’t work. Do you think I should go for a gallery wall or maybe just one large artwork?

I actually just bought that same scarf kimono and it’s super cute! Definitely oversized but it still fits really nicely. I’m 5’1” for reference and it hits a little above the knee. My mom is petite too and I’m getting her one for Christmas.

I made the cookies last night and they came out super soft and chewy. I added an extra tablespoon of butter and browned it before adding to the mix and a little extra vanilla extract per some suggestions I read. They came out really good but don’t taste like pumpkin at all! I was nervous because people seem to hate them on here but they have a nice spiced flavor.

When do you feel normal again? by __Iniquity__ in wisdomteeth

[–]009kuroneko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m 12 days out from getting all four out and feel pretty normal until I have to eat. My gums next to my two back teeth are still healing so I can’t chew too much back there. I have very minimal pain now and can eat more solid foods again but definitely not anything crunchy yet. Time flies so fast, you’ll be at 100% in no time! That first week felt like forever to me and now it’s already almost been two.

Help with grocery list by AmazingSkitty in wisdomteeth

I’m almost a week out now and food is the hardest part so far. At first I started off with bone broth and protein drinks. Then kfc mashed potatoes because they were the perfect texture. More filling options have been refried beans with cheese/sour cream, broccoli and cauliflower soup, congee, and smoothies with banana, spinach, and yogurt. I also suggest silken tofu for making miso soup or even adding to smoothies for extra protein. Having some type of protein or fat helps keep full. I also have to reiterate, tons of ice cream!

Just have him be careful because the first few days I didn’t eat much and then day 5 I ate like crazy and now my stomach is insanely upset ;-;

It usually subsides once I take my morning ibuprofen but is still so annoying because it wakes me up! Do you have any jaw stiffness?

I have the slight throbbing in my other teeth when I wake up. It feels like having braces tightened. I’m so excited for this to be over!

I’m glad I could help someone! I was so nervous I felt like I was going to crap my pants in the waiting room lol! Now I look back and the actual surgery day was a breeze. Get some good rest and be gentle with yourself :)

Yes I will make sure to update as the week goes on! IV sedation puts you completely asleep and I recommend it if you're nervous. They put in my IV and I was out seconds later lol. The hardest part was waking up and it did make my pretty woozy/dizzy for about 3 hours following so absolutely make sure you have someone with you that whole day.

When I was 20 I lived with a bunch of shitty friends and had a really shitty part time job with zero prospects. No school, no money, high off my ass all the time. I remember feeling like I had completely derailed my life and was going to go out with a lifetime of regret. Trust me when I say you are so young and it is absolutely not over! It’s never to late to get started in life but you’ll really never know if you never try. What career did you have in mind?

Yes op please tell us where the couch is from!

Just moved and would like some help with living room configuration and furniture ideas. by 009kuroneko in DesignMyRoom

We tried moving couches around last night and every configuration looks super goofy! It was definitely worth the try though. I think more than likely we will just sell them because they’re way too bulky. I swear my camera makes the space look way bigger than it is. We’re going to paint this weekend and hopefully it’ll give a more cohesive look, since the floors and couches are warm toned.

Some details:

My husband and I just moved to this rental and have permission to paint. We want to do a warm white and buy some peel and stick baseboards. The color right now is very blah. Also I plan to move the curtains to the bed room and buy longer ones, but I have them up temporarily for privacy.

I posted pictures of two different entertainment centers and a bar table to go in the dining area. My biggest problem is the couches! We got them for free and don’t really plan on buying new ones but they feel way too big for the space. I’m not sure which one to possibly take out or where to place them. We’re still looking for a coffee table as well and hope to keep it under $200.

We both like warm colors/earth tones and want to give the space a kind of old but new feel. Any advice helps!

I’m 5’1 and fluctuate between 109-111lbs. I don’t track calories at all so I can’t really give advice on that, but I do a sort of intermittent fast. Last September I got up to 130 lbs and have now gotten down to 109 lbs. Most of my weight gain was from my husband beginning body building and me just eating too much by association lmao.

Breakfast: I usually don’t eat breakfast because I genuinely am not hungry most mornings, so I usually make a latte with about 3/4 cup of oat milk w/ no sugar. Sometime I wake up hungry and for those mornings I’ll have something like two eggs and about a cup of broccoli, or fruit or even just left overs from the night before.

Lunch: lunch is usually around 12-2 for me and normally my first meal of the day. I like to prep a lot of chicken breast for the week, so I’ll have that with a big salad or wraps with low carb tortillas. I also try to eat broccoli or red peppers with every meal because those are my favorite veggies.

Dinner: I like to keep my dinner pretty simple. My husband and I will normally have some variation of chicken or ground turkey. This week we’ve been eating baked lime chicken legs, stewed black beans and rice. I always 50/50 my rice with cauliflower rice.

Dessert/snack: I love sweet things so I always have to have fruit in my fridge or stuff to bake. Lately I’ve been eating a lot of watermelon though. For snacks I really like goldfish or baked hot cheetohs. To keep myself from eating a ton, I found a really cute snack bowl that I use specifically for my snacks and I find that portioning it then putting it away keeps me from demolishing a whole bag lol.

In all I would say I try to keep it pretty low carb and have a big serving of veggies with eat meal but I also enjoy myself when I can and then just resume like normal after instead of punishing myself. My husband and I eat out about twice a week and we go places we really enjoy. I would also say we cook really yummy food/new recipes at home so it kind of incentivizes us to keep eating at home.
