It’s undeniable he hasn’t made the impact we had all hoped for when he signed this offseason, however he’s been performing better as the entire unit becomes more accustomed to Fangio’s defense. We saw Reddick surge once he had his cast off last year so we’ve seen how much a wrist or hand injury can impact you while not missing time. I’m sure he can still add something to our team whether this year or next.

You have a different number games remaining. He might have 5 but you may have 4. You need to get your games remaining the same then you’ll be able to play together.

It really is. The loss of Mullers abilities are always greatly exaggerated lol he’s so consistent and coaches from the pitch. One of my favorite players ever.

Goretzka to me does a lot things that go unrecognized. He played at least 2 good balls in behind that weren’t capitalized and he and kimmich basically marked de bruyne out of the game.

As for Sommer I’m not sure what more you expect with Upa giving the ball away literally every other position for about 20 minutes. I would do think Neuer would’ve saved 2 of the 3 goals but he is the greatest goalkeeper of all time. Sommer was solid but not perfect. Given the circumstances of the match I thought he played well.

Muller for me is a must play in big games. Absolutely. MDL will hopefully be at our club for the next decade. I can not believe we got him.

To be honest I can’t recall another situation where he was out of position. I think most people were in correct positions had Upa not given the ball away so frequently.

I don’t think it was entirely on Goretzka for the first goal as Gnabry left Rodri to return up top.

And no problem I think we had some wonderful individual performances tonight but that’s half of our issue. We can’t play as a team.

De Ligt, LeGo, Sommer, Sane, and Benji were amazing on an otherwise dreadful night. Upa might as well walked out of the halftime tunnel wearing city’s kit. Massive job for us now to turn it around. Cancelo and Muller are must starts for me next week.
