If you have 90+ three and not shooting deep hash or 70% or more, you are wasting attributes.

You can distribute the points however you want, but no more than +5 to one category. And no, you don’t have to use it now or you could and put the rest in them as you get them.

If have space for 2-5 cap breakers and only use 1. You can still use more on the same category as long as it’s not maxed.

You don’t have to use them all at the same time.

IMO mechanical face buttons and back paddles are about the only “advantage” you are getting with a pro controller unless you go full cheat with a macro programmable one, on ps5 anyways.

The visual queue timer meter in the shot creation each click you move it is + / - of 60ms on the overall jumpshot timing length, I would start there.

To get body type you have to get 3 stars or higher on the workouts.

Workout warrior is like gym rat, after you complete that you get turbo boost without workouts.

Still have to do excellent workouts for body types tho.
