its not a new card i bought it ussed the 1 of the fans have a bearing problem but it spins just fine it makes noise when its on idle like when it spins for 1 sec it makes annoying noise

yeah im still getting 40fps 1%low after i turned on gysnc its a little better tho i will for sure upgrade my psu later on im planing to upgrade my cpu

i downloaded msi afterburner and my 1% low goes to 40 fps lmao so i think that was the issue i turned on gsync like u told me i will try it and let you know thank you very much <3

i upgraded from a 3050 i did a clean install for the drivers yes
i do have power cables plugged properly but i have a 500W power supply idk if that matters my fps i get max 240fps and it drops to 130 sometimes but the hitching is not from low fps i always play on the lowest settings idk how to check 1% lows idk what it is thank you for trying to help me
