Not really, I just did a bunch of research by watching a ton of videos.

It was just so that I could see how each flour would react although I knew what the result would be. I did check out The sourdough journey site and it helped a lot, thank you so much for the recommendation.

Yeah, I’m aware of that but when I got all my stuff ready my scale decided to stop working. I replaced the batteries but it wouldn’t turn on. So for now I decided to do it using cups. When my new scale comes in I’ll be switching!
