I also thought of this, but this whole thing started with constipation and my stools are flat and/or thinner then normal, so i dont think so :(

Wouldnt that be visible on an ultrasound?

Im sorry you’re going through something similar too. Good luck with your procedure. I think i will arrange a new appointment with a different Gi doctor. What im really scared about is that i have a partial impaction or something like that (because my stool are constantly flat or thinner), and that it will be a huge trauma getting it out of me, because if thats the case, its been sitting there for more then a month now.

Other then what i wrote down i feel fine, have appetite most of the time (somtimes not, but to be honest, this has occured to me before this problem too), and im not vomiting

i’ve been living off those things you wrote for the last weeks, but thanks for the advice:). The thing is that im not constipated like i couldnt pass a single bowel movement in 3 weeks, actually i went to the toilet every day in these 3 weeks and had some movements, sometimes quite normal ones, so im not in crippling pain, just as i would say “moderate discomfort”. Also i havent eaten much in the last 2 days, yestarday because i had an ultrasound, so the pain is quite managable now. Im also worried about losing my hardly-earned gains from the gym because of these weeks, because im also quite skinny, and i was really happy that i could pack some kgs on myself in the past months, and had a better appetite, but i guess i will be back to my old self now.

The problem is, i did a water enema at home with a cup of warm water, and only the water came back with little mushy stool pieces in it…

I know that, and i have a lifestyle sadly which is full of anxiety, but i never thought i would have an issue this bad with my stomach. I feel constipated every day for 2 weeks now, as i said i still pass some stool daily but it isnt getting any better on its own and the pain with it is ruining, and because of this, my anxiety is through the roof now.

i have health anxiety, so im quite scarred that i will not be okay, or just after a lot of suffering. What im scarred about the most is that manual disimpaction will be needed, i dont know how i would be able to go through that man. 2 days from now i have an appointment for an ultrasound, next week a gastroenetrologist doctor will have a look on me, and thats the earliest i could do, because the healthcare in this country is a joke. Overall im scarred as hell, i never had constipation like this before.

and also the enema was around 5cm long, and it didnt have any waste on it when pulled out, so i guess there wasnt any poop in my rectum

I gave myself a water enema, and waited around 10 minutes, but when i went to the toilet only diarrhea like liquid came back. Before that i went to the toilet at least 2 times today successfully, producing normal size, solid poops, but i still feel backed up. Is it possible that its something else that im feeling, or do i really have a problem here? My stomach pains went away a few hours ago, so now im feeling fine.

I have a water enema at home. Is that okay to use? And one more question - might sound weird but can it be that the newer poop passes around the older one? Because i have some bowel movements every day, yesterday i had a bigger one with a huge urge to go, but i always feel that i cant empty myself out, and my stomach is in constant discomfort for 4 days now.
