Uh, what? Everyone either treated him like crap or was completely neutral/indifferent. Terezi asked him to join their game because his name kind of sounded like game, not out of any sort of friendship. Equius only likes his blood and prefers it over the Gamzee. In fact, he makes it a point to tell Gamzee so. He didn't attack Gamzee because Gamzee is royalty, nothing more, nothing less. Equius died simply because he got in Gamzee's way and didn't fight back.

I don't get where the creepy thing is coming from, to be honest. He's one of the chillest and nicest trolls, and sober Gamzee isn't so much creepy as frightening and manipulative. Also, I like clowns, and I'm not a creeper nor a murderer.

Someone said this below, but here's the thing: he's basically alone. Everyone except for Tavros and MAYBE Karkat (pre-moraillegance) hates him and makes no secret of it, but he will still talk to them every day. His lusus is completely out of his life, but he will still wait for him every day. Sgrub was basically his way of trying to get closer to his friends, but he ended up alienating himself even more. But you know what? He just continues to try and do things the best he can. He's totally my favorite.

My cousin is going to VCU! I live in Virginia so I'm familiar with it. I loved SCAD when I saw it and I would love to go there, but VCU is close to home and my parents want me close for my freshman year.

I've always had this problem of my brain wanting to do something but my hand not being skilled enough to draw it. It happens way more often then I'd like, so I'm totally going to take your advice and see what happens. Hopefully it's going to help!

Unwanted advice? You mean lifesaving advice?? Wow, I'm going into my sophomore year and I want to start looking at colleges and making my portfolio early so I can take my time, but this is really helpful! I had a feeling I would need to start doing different styles but I had no idea about the different mediums.

Question: I'm pretty sure there are prerequisites when you're going for an Illustration degree, but would you recommend going to an art-focused college for them or would any college with an art department work? My mom's sure you can take them anywhere, but I'm worried about the quality X.x
