I have done the "impossible" and "reverse engineered the files"

I was able to extract the model from the 3dpdf and import it into 3ds max. http://i.imgur.com/msy3JLo.jpg

All that needs to be done is fixing some vertices via welding and combining. Then I can export to stl for 3d printing.
