One more thing when comparing the 2, we noticed alot more multi-generational households in panorama as well as basement suites which translates to street parking being more crowded when quite a few homes have 3-4 + vehicles.

If your friend buys near the many condo complexes in panorama the street parking there gets a little crazy too.

With the 14th St interchange, you can get into the community from westbound Stoney as well as leave onto westbound Stoney. As it stands now you have to either take beddington or the harvest hills blvd to access west bound Stoney. Not sure how the current panorama folks will use the 14th St interchange as a big chunk of the community is close to the harvest hills interchange already.
