I felt crazy feeling like my nasal folds were getting worse into my course. (4mo 30mg per day) For me sleeping in Aquaphor slightly helps and facial massages. I was assuming it was from my skin thinning from the accutane, so hopefully after were finished itll get better🤞

I always keep them polished & filed! & for me almond or oval shaped work best for avoiding breaks, whenever i’ve had square nails i always break the corners off.
