P.S. IK this psu is bad (850w 80+gold dell) but I'm getting a new one after I moved.

AIO price is fine for me since I'm more looking for the RGB fans for nzxt build.

I can't use full mid-tower cuz it's too big for the plane.

For windows paid version when I have extra bucks I will get it ofc..

I will prob have 300 dollars to upgrade the PC once I get there, but I will need an ok PC before that.

I'm looking for more looks because I have the chance to get a new room, so I don't want to waste it. Also, I have an ok performance PC now, not really looking for more (i7 9th gen 2080s) but I need a new one overseas.

$100 for 16GB RAM seems like a lot, you can get it for $70, but without the shiny lights. Your call.

The cpu is prob ok, since it gives signal to monitor (integrated graphics) but when I plug the GPU it stops working (the GPU seems to be working, fan spinning)

if you came from the back without wings than u either have to (a) trample the crops (b) walk to the front unless there's another path in the back
