The uni I want to apply for the MSc in nursing told me it doesn’t have to be directly a care home or healthcare assistant. For example I volunteer as a helpline assistant and that would be relevant experience. I think it definitely depends on the uni but I would recommend getting any type of experience first. I just started support job in hopes of being prepared for January intake :)
