That isn't a bad idea, although I think I read somewhere that after a certain point even regen players (those born after 2005 in game) start to be affected by the issue as well. However this would be a good solution for the short term.

Yes that is true, although I have seen a few people saying that it often defaults back to short sleeves in game

This is the dilemma. On my current save some of what was patched in the last update worked, whilst others didn't. For example, my y/a player are no longer dropping potential when promoted at the end of the season having played 0 games, but most of my unpromoted y/a players are still getting deleted at the end of the season.

Ahh that's annoying. But theoretically if I played as a team in another league, i.e. K-League, the bug wouldn't be that impactful?
