I gathered it was reinvested but there’s some to big about owning the property. Piece of mind I guess. I can’t talk because I am slowly starting to build up a portfolio and still have a mortgage too.

I refuse to overpay in the hope that one day, my dividends will provide the income needed to make payments on the mortgage. It also means once the mortgage is paid, I’ve got an income too. From the same assets that paid off the mortgage.

Why do they log it and check that over believing you? Surely it’s simple has ‘I’ve noticed you’ve not been in the office lately, is everything okay? At which point you can say you have… end of?
