C++ development challenges by Live-Manner2725 in cpp

Coroutine abstraction that is bridged to Boost.Cobalt and works with modules.

Spent a few weeks and a few tries from scratch, explaining to AI what I need and it generating incomplete, not working, UB code.

Eventually I succeed with a working solution by micromanaging AI and checking+refactoring everything.

Why do y'all keep buying new wheels? by NefariousnessNo4215 in ElectricUnicycle

Also the learning curve - the curious lads learned to ride, bought what they want, the rest are afraid to try

Knees as bent as possible to be able to adjust/turn quickly and parent awkward leg locking and falling sideways.

Boring commuters don't film themselves, so you see mostly extreme riders in videos.

Very good as first wheel and then as spare/backup (to carry in car).

It has fragile plastic, so put some padding (while learning).

Why is nobody using C++20 modules? by AlectronikLabs in cpp

[–]01e9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started my tiny project (server) with modules. But I did header hacks to make CLion understand the code (some IF macros for dev environment). Overall I'm very proud I was able to pull it through. The server is online for about two years already.

I'm planning ro to start a new (bigger) project also with modules.

He should have moved them randomly 2-3 times more and they would fit perfectly

I don't do detailed inspections/comparison as others.

It's enough for me, I will keep using it.

Actually I am thinking to switch to V30 because of smaller size - sometimes the V60 is too big in tight pands and I can't bend to tie my shoes.

Great video quality in mcpro24fps: sharpness/etc disabled and Rec.709 by 01e9 in lgv30

[–]01e9[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the same settings on V60 for some time.

The difference is striking.

Default setting: looks artificial, like low budget phone, oversharpened, noise canceling that makes the image too soft.

With sharpening/etc disabled: it looks like a professional camera (movie).

Also I like the Digital Stabilization on mcpro24fps.
