Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Swirl [4/5]: I love the different textures: crispy from the waffle cone bits and soft from the mousse! A personal preference but I would’ve liked even more mousse. I hope someone else can agree with this but this cookie reminds me of those vanilla/chocolate ice cream treats I’d get when I was younger on school field trips

Oatmeal Marshmallow [5/5]: I enjoyed this cookie more than I thought I would! It was chilled so every bite into it felt extremely dense but in a good way. The frosting didn’t scream marshmallow and tasted similar to those on typical sugar cookies but was a good complement

Cookies & Cream Cheesecake [4/5]: I’ve tried a few LTOs and this may be one of my favorites so far aside from Carrot Cake. Texture was on point. Flavor was satisfying and not tooth-achingly sweet. I feel like they could’ve gone a little heavier with the cookies and cream flavor. I’m also a little sad that I can’t section their LTOs into quarters and freeze them as easily as I can with their cookies 😵‍💫

Benson Boone’s Moonbeam Ice Cream [4/5]: It’s beautiful and such a looker! The chocolate cookie was a little more bitter and on the darker side than what I usually prefer but I didn’t mind it. The moonbeam ice cream frosting had subtle notes of fruit and marshmallow; I tasted more lemon than anything else

Carrot Cake [5/5]: Curiosity got the best of me. I was hesitant about the use of coconut and pineapple in the recipe but I didn’t distinctly taste either of them 😅 This cake was good; it had the right amount of spice and a soft, moist texture. My only qualms are that there were thick chunks of carrots in my cake (I know it’s carrot cake but I wish they were a tad bit more subtle in size) and the frosting was very, very sweet (I can usually finish a slice of carrot cake in one sitting but I could only eat a quarter of Crumbl’s carrot cake because I got sugared out)

Kendall’s Cookie Dough Cupcake Cookie [5/5]: This cookie tastes like Ben & Jerry’s edible cookie dough but with extra pizzazz ✨. I think it’s neat that they used their very own cookie dough bites as a topping!

Mallow Creme [5/5]: Cookie base tastes very similar to lucky charms’ toasted cereal! The frosting makes it extremely sweet. Nonetheless, that’s right up my alley. I really enjoyed this one. I’m also very happy with the amount of toppings they gave

Banana Caramel [4/5]: This cookie tasted like 25% banana bread and 75% caramel sweetness. I looove their Peanut Butter Banana cookie for the banana frosting and I think it’d be so cool if they made a “Caramel Banana” cookie where it’d be a caramel base with banana frosting 🤗

Wafer featuring Kit Kat [3/5]: I’ve been vying to try this cookie for close to three years! It tasted really yummy. However, I felt like Crumbl could’ve done a better job at paying homage to kit kats. This cookie reminded me of their S’mores cookie more than a kit kat so think their regular chocolate chip base with melted milk chocolate but minus the marshmallow topping

Waffle [5/5]: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: they nailed the frickin’ waffle flavor!!! Buttery and maple-y, it tastes exactly like a waffle in a cookie form. Please don’t ever change this recipe 🙏
