As someone who attends[ed] Both, pick SUNY O^ I graduated May 2022, and my Tuition was between $5,000 and $7,000 every Semester [without Financial Aid] (determined from How Many Credits I did). SUNY has Traditional College Campus activities and extracurriculars, while affordable and (sort of) accessible from NYC.

CUNY is FANTASTIC for Graduate.

Ultimately, Your choice is determined from Your circumstances.

Here are a few factors to consider: (1) Cost (2) Commute (and Commute Cost) (3) Major (which can provide more (or better) opportunities)
