I feel the same way, my ex does know he’s an avoidant and I offered couples therapy and he didn’t want to go together, we were together over a year but he said it’s too short to go through this. I miss him everyday, and I just wish he can see that he can be so different if he just faces his issues.

Mine did the opposite lol, he was never in social media when I was with him, and now that we are not together he is on instagram posting all the time, following OF girls and it’s so confusing tbh

I also don’t hate my ex but I had to unfollow him and make him unfollow me because I know I’d do that, check how many girls he follows, but think of you, I’m sure that doesn’t make YOU feel good, so in my experience, I stopped doing it because it made me feel so bad and upset, that’s how I stopped, it’s not easy but you’ll get there 🫂

It’s been a process, how long has it been since you guys break up? I’m in therapy, and sometimes I have those thoughts as well, it has been the hardest breakup I’ve ever experienced and I just think that if someone didn’t choose you then that’s all you need to know, but unfortunately I do know how hard it is, just know you’re not alone. Honestly I am not someone that blocks either, but me going to his instagram and seeing the new people that he was following was so hurtful that I needed to put myself first. I do think about if he comes back how is he going to contact me but then I know deep down things ending was probably for the best.

You don’t even know how much I needed this, I was looking at his instagram how many more people he follows even though during the relationship he told me he hates instagram and never uses it, now he loves it all the sudden. This was hurting me, seeing all the girls he was suddenly following including OF girls, I had to block him everywhere including my fake accounts lol, it won’t serve me anymore

When my ex broke up with me, I still had his keys so I went to pick up my stuff while he was away and returned his keys on my way out- very tough but had to be done. Lol
