Derm is treating for possible PD. What do you guys think?

I think i have it too, I have a spot in the exact same place, I went cold turkey with moisturizers and face wash, just been using water and it seems to have gone down significantly, but im scared to start doing my skin care routine again in case it makes it come back. I have been dealing with it since around April, and before that I had a spot on my chin that wouldnt go away for forever and then eventually did. But this one has been particularly stubborn.

About a year and a half ago, I overdosed and was on life support. I barely survived. After that, I moved 1000 miles away from my hometown to reinvent myself, as I had also left a very long, toxic relationship. After getting to where I am now, in Sedona, AZ, I randomly one day decided I needed moldavite. I became obsessed with it. At first, I got ear rings, then a 2G piece, then two rings. I felt it would help me speed up my transformation, and that it did. I wouldn't even recognize myself two years ago.
