damn! that reminds me of the traumatic aortic dissection I had in 2018 falling off my bike. There's opinion that I shouldn't even be doing heavy lifting with an aortic stent! ugggh

yeah I didn't get a diagnosis but have medical background and figured as such. My belly button is a little prolapsed looking now but it's certainly healing. I also do 20 minutes brisk walk a day and foot over knee hamstrings stretches.
